Hey everyone,

I am currently in a junior college, and I am very interested in investing in real estate.

I saved for almost 6 years, but I wonder if anyone has any suggestions, prepared as the start and take in advance.

I see these programs on television over the house of mirrors, making it seem easy, but I'm sure it does not. Take a loan (apparently, that the loans and the establishment of houses of this financial disaster is very difficult to get a yet to be) a good idea if you've done your research on the house?
