I have an RE-3, because the writing was not here IET
(Phase I and Phase II). The reason was because I got a DUI and was in my treatment program and needed a special license for drug abuse for shipping. I could not finish until my treatment program. Not only have to surrender to drug abuse to win again, or I have to go the process of prosecution and fines for traffic again?
