Ativan and Seroquel helped me a lot. He did not receive the "attacks" without fear, and if I have a panic attack when I will be in a public place, less than 1 mg alprazolam away in half an hour.
However people it's different for everyone, if you have a real panic disorder, it is better to talk to a psychiatrist about how he feels, and can also advise on what would be best to try something, too.
